In recent years, I have conducted telephone interviews with over fifty senior business executives. I know how to put people at ease and which questions to ask to capture powerful quotations. When speaking with your customers, I am an ambassador for your company and am polite and considerate at all times.
I write case studies in a range of different styles and formats – but always place the emphasis firmly on benefits to create effective and valuable pieces of sales collateral. Following every customer interview, I provide prompt feedback to the account manager, so that any issues raised during the call can be appropriately addressed.
